I what ?
Create and original work that happens to be open sourced and free and
given away for any binary module vendors to use and operate in linux.
Allow people the choice/option to go open source or closed source in their
product selections.
All I see is a WIN -- WIN for the people using Linux.
Then again, in the beginning it was about having a choice.
