- NVME_CAP_SET_CSS(n->bar.cap, NVME_CAP_CSS_NVM);

Unfortunately, parentheses are needed above because NVME_CAP_SET_CSS macro and
other similar macros use "val" instead of (val). A possible cleanup topic...
