I have this patch in my local tree and debated sending it myself. I
think that this is the right fix for now, as the driver is being cleaned
up. Maybe add a FIXME like the rest of this driver?

I have this patch in my local tree and debated sending it myself. I
think that this is the right fix for now, as the driver is being cleaned
