[U-Boot] fsl_esdhc driver is broken with DM

Yes, I can confirm this.

I'm using SPL + imx_usb (and boot to eMMC) on my imx6q boards and both work.

However, I'm not using the DM for eMMC (# CONFIG_DM_MMC is not set).
