Only IP3? Could other interrupt be routed to this core?

Please avoid raw address pointer. If it's clock related, should we make a clk
driver for it? Or add a SMP controller node in DeviceTree for that address?
At least define a macro for it.

The same, bits need macros. Otherwise, it's too hard for others to read.

Should we add a timeout check to avoid a dead loop?

Why we need this? irq-mips-cpu driver is doing the same thing.

We'd better use schemas for the document.

The original source code used STATUSF_IP3, but it work properly after
changing it to ST0_IM. In the next version, I will replace STATUSF_IP3
with ST0_IM
