Track maximum size of locked memory, to be able to configure
RLIMIT_MEMLOCK resource limits. The information is available
with taskstats and cgroupstats netlink socket.

Track maximum size of locked memory, to be able to configure
RLIMIT_MEMLOCK resource limits. The information is available
with taskstats and cgroupstats netlink socket.
