* Modify some content that may mislead the reader, we should describe the patch in English.
* improve howto.rst and 5.Posting.rst.

I notiecd most of morden email client is using 'send' instead of
ancient 'post', guess that the reason for

But for current custom, 发送 is better. So let's do a compromise between
