Prepare dropping the alias "dev" for struct drm_crtc::drm_dev. "drm_dev"
is the better name as "dev" is usually a struct device pointer.

No semantic changes.

Prepare dropping the alias "dev" for struct drm_crtc::drm_dev. "drm_dev"
is the better name as "dev" is usually a struct device pointer.

No semantic changes.
