Without the ability to do additions in DTC, we could e.g. list both
interrupts in the macro, like:

    // For ARM
    #define SOC_PERIPHERAL_IRQ(na, nr) GIC_SPI na
    // For RISC-V
    #define SOC_PERIPHERAL_IRQ(na, nr) nr
