Ok, done.

As the constant is only used in arch/arm/mach-s5pv210/pm.c and the
s5pv210_dt_restart() function, I think it would be best to use ioremap()
here and remove the constant as well as s5pv210_fdt_map_sys() and
s5pv210_dt_map_io().

That can clearly be a follow-up patch.
